HCM Wealth Advisors & CPAs is a Fee Only Registered Investment Advisor and CPA Firm in Cincinnati OH.  We are seeking a full-time Office/Business Manager to be part of our team. 

Position Summary: The Office Manager / Business Manager ensures smooth daily operations, facilitates effective communication, addresses any building issues, supports marketing efforts, and manages special projects, along with potential responsibilities in finance and accounting. There are no supervisory responsibilities.   

The Candidate will be an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats; is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and building maintenance duties and other support-related tasks. The candidate should be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a 25 person office and able to work independently with little or no supervision.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including maintenance of the building and offices, and ensuring that all employees have the necessary supplies and equipment. 
  • Proactive Office Maintenance: Take initiative in maintaining and improving office facilities. 
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication and workflow between departments. 
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and ensure they are communicated effectively. 
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with our marketing consultant for events and other marketing activities. 
  • Special Projects: Manage and execute special projects as assigned. 

Optional Responsibilities (Depending on Candidate's Skills):  

  • Accounts Payable and Accounting: Manage bill payments for vendors using QuickBooks. 
  • Payroll and Financial Tasks: Handle payroll and other financial responsibilities.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams. Experience with Quickbooks would be beneficial.
